Refund policy

All sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds once an order has been placed.

However, we understand that mistakes can happen. If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or incorrect due to a quality control issue or fulfillment error, please contact us within 10 days of receiving your order.

To report an issue, please email aaron@yamashitaproj.com with your order number, a description of the problem, and clear photos of the item. We will review your case and, if approved, arrange a replacement or another appropriate solution.

Please note that we cannot offer returns or exchanges for reasons such as change of mind, incorrect sizing, or normal wear and tear.
